Hervey Bay waters are ideal for the first time or nervous sailor as the bay is sheltered to the east by Fraser Island, and the south and west by mainland Queensland. The views are spectacular in every direction and there are many secluded beaches and inlets to go ashore and explore.
The waters of the bay itself teem with an amazing array of marine life, including dolphins, turtles, dugong and of course the famous humpback whales that are almost impossible to avoid during the months of August, September and October as they stop to relax and rejuvenate after a long journey north to breed and give birth to their young, before returning to the the cold waters of Antactica.
Our 2 night/3 day cruises are relaxed and informal, with time to spend ashore, walking on the world's largest sand island with it's unusual flora and fauna, or paddling the kayaks on crystal clear creeks.
As we take only 6 or 7 passengers (depending on configuration) on overnight cruises, you will not feel that you are just part of the crowd.
Our published Eco Sailing Cruises are for are 2 nights/3 days, but longer cruises can be arranged by calling 0407 401 865.

Cost:
We have a flat rate for all of our cruises of $250 per adult and $162.50 per child (aged 3-15 years) per night. There is no charge for children under 3 years sharing a cabin.
Once on board there is nothing more to pay: Accommodation in comfortable berths and all meals, snacks and soft drinks are included as well as the use of kayaks.
BYO Alcohol, and transport to/from the boat is not included.

A 35% single supplement applies if you (single) require a double/twin cabin to yourself.
